NOTICE OF MEETING
Thank you for your attendance at the AGM held on 12th July 2026. Sunday 26 July an SGM has been called by Committee to discuss the Audited Financial Accounts and the way forward for the Taradale Club, in order to give the full membership time to read this document.
We would appreciate as many members as possible to attend this important meeting.

Pursuant to Rule 18 of the Constitution of the Taradale Club Incorporated, the Committee and Management hereby give notice the 2025 Annual General Meeting, will be held at the Club on Sunday 12 July 2026, commencing 2.30pm, and will be held in the Fantail Room.

Nominations must be received by the Office Manager no later than three (3) weeks prior to AGM. Voting will commence on Tuesday 14th July, and cease at 5pm Friday 17th July. Voting forms will be available at the main office, and at the bar. - Appointment of Scrutineers
